Perancangan Pembangunan Desa Berbasis E-Planning dalam Perspektif Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) di Indonesia Studi Kasus Desa Muara Jaya

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of e-Planning in the development planning process of Muara Jaya Village and examine its relevance to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The research focuses on how the 2025 e-Planning Coordination Meeting (Rakor) plays a role in increasing the capacity of village officials, strengthening data consistency, and supporting the development of a more measurable and digital-based Village Government Work Plan (RKPDes). This study employed a qualitative descriptive method through a documentary study of activity reports, village planning documents, and literature related to village governance and the SDGs. The analysis was conducted interpretively to understand the process, challenges, and implications of e-Planning implementation at the village level. The results indicate that e-Planning implementation provides several important benefits, including increased transparency, efficient document preparation, strengthened data-driven planning, and facilitated development monitoring and evaluation. The e-Planning Coordination Meeting has been shown to improve officials' skills in operating the application, understanding planning indicators, and aligning village documents with district policies. Furthermore, integrating the Village Development Plan (RKPDes) with the SDGs enables villages to design more inclusive, targeted, and sustainable development programs. The implementation of e-Planning also strengthens accountable governance and adapts to technological developments. This research confirms that digital planning is a crucial foundation for realizing modern, effective villages that can contribute significantly to achieving the SDGs.
